The government of Estonia seeks to raise global awareness on the dangers of New York Times columnist, Paul Krugman’s failed economic philosophy. They fear that some naiveté officials might notice his Nobel Laureate Prize for Economics and assume he really is an expert on government fiscal policies.

Deloitte Mondaq Website reports that, “last month’s Estonia’s Finance Minister, Jurgen Ligi, spoke at a London School of Economics seminar on the subject of ‘Why Paul Krugman is wrong: lessons of Estonia for other European countries.”

Estonia’s President called Professor Krugman, “smug, overbearing and patronizing,” and hopes his "Krugman Is Wrong" global awareness campaign will save the world from another debt crisis that occurred in the EU or 3-decades of recession that is happening in Japan. The EU and Japan continue to support Krugman’s ideas.
