Texas EPA Czar Pushes 'Urgency' Drilling Regulations

Fearing President Barack Obama might not get re-elected to the White House in 2012, Texas EPA Czar, Al Armendariz, a professor at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, called for greater “urgency” in getting oil and gas fields in the Lone Star to be declared as “health hazards.”

When referring to reports by environmental groups that claim natural gas drilling poses as a “health hazard,” Pro Publica quotes the Texas EPA czar as saying that, “evidence like that really gives our agency a bit of urgency in our work.”

SMU regents need to fire this job killer! His pledge to put us back into the Dark Ages needs to be a reason to put this guy on the unemployment line like what he wants all the energy industry worker he is trying to destroy!

This is the most ridiculas effort by this administration to destroy an industry that is the direct employer of thousands!
