|Kuala Lumpur Triads Wage Turf Wars|

Mafia-style triad street battles are erupting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Channel NewsAsia reports that, "The pre-dawn blast, suspected to be related to a gangland turf battle, occurred outside a pub at Bukit Bintang. A Malaysian parking lot attendant has died, and among those injured include a Singaporean, a Thai and two Chinese nationals."
Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Tajudin Mohamad is quoted as saying that, "We believe it was a hand grenade that was placed in front of a pub."
According to Channel NewsAsia, "Police said a parking attendant, identified in reports as Tiong Kwang Yie, who was the most seriously hurt later succumbed to his injuries in hospital following the pre-dawn blast outside a pub at Sun Complex in the bustling Bukit Bintang neighbourhood, a popular area for shopping, dining and nightlife."
Kuala Lumpur are investigating foreigners who have recently arrived in Malaysia, who are suspected of involvement with triad crimes in the city.
