India Test-Fires Russian Missiles Print E-mail
by Tom McGregor    Tue, Jun 10, 2014, 02:51 AM

President Barry Obama has already lost his 'flexibility' with a 'Reset on Russia," and now it appears that his 'Integrate with India' strategy is falling apart too. India, Russia and China are drawing closer to each other and copperating more on sharing weapons' technologies.

Ria Novosti reports that, "India’s armed forces successfully test launched a BrahMos supersonic anti-ship cruise missile, developed jointly with Russia, from the country’s newest warship INS Kolkata, the PTI news agency reported Monday quoting Indian defense officials."

Prime Minister Naharendra Modi has not yet formally scheduled a trip to the White House anytime in the near future.

According to Ria Novosti, "The missile-launch took place earlier this morning off the west coast of India near the Karwar military base in Karnataka. During the test all the requirements were met, the officials said."

Apparently, India has become an 'emerging ally' with China and Russia.
