Russia is expected to crack down on Twitter.
Pravda reports that, "Blocking Twitter services in Russia is practically inevitable, as the administration of the microblogging company refuses to comply with instructions from Roskomnadzor (Federal Agency for Supervision of Information Technologies and Communications) to remove illegal content, Maxim Ksenzov, deputy head of the department said."
Twitter makes some computers more vulnerable to hacking.
According to Pravda, "Twitter works using https protocol that encrypts transmission of information about user requests to web pages of the site. In connection with this, technical system that block certain pages of the site can not recognize the encrypted traffic."
Twitter is popular in the United States of America.
