Russian President Vladimir Putin is embarking on a global strategy to build Russian naval bases in the Middle East.
The Voice of Russia reports that, "The Russian Defense Ministry is in talks to create several naval re-supply and maintenance bases in the Middle East, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Anatoly Antonov said in an interview with Kuwait's KUNA news agency on Monday."
Antonov is quoted as saying that, "We consistently develop our military cooperation with Middle East countries. Naturally, Russia is interested in having re-supply and maintenance bases for our navy in several states in the region. And we are engaged in talks on the issue with certain states."
Some are touting it as Russia's Pivot to Arabs strategy.

Arayik Sargsyan: To Putin's visit to China: the creation of a new world order.
China has long started geopolitical and trade wars for awarding the world's resources of raw materials, energy resources. China is the last pillar of the Judeo-Christian capitalist model of the world economy . In the West, the development of the Judeo- Christian economic capitalism is over, went into decline . The global financial crisis that began in 2008 , this acknowledgment. The last bastion of this model of economic development was China . Labour productivity in agriculture in China has grown . Freed a lot of people . China announced the relocation of 350 million people (almost the population of Europe ) in the city. In addition, China has officially announced its intention to raise the living standards of all Chinese people to an average standard. Today in China of 1.3 billion people normally live only about 400 million Where to get energy? While Europe frantically trying to find alternative sources of energy in case you become Gazprom cut natural gas exports to Europe (instant spike in gas prices in Ukraine by 40% may be a better indicator of the possible consequences ) , Russia is preparing to announce energy deal with anyone otherwise , as with China - a step that can trigger a wave of geopolitical turmoil in the world , linking the two peoples raw cooperation. For Moscow - a deal to supply natural gas to China , which is now , apparently , is nearing completion after several years of negotiations . If it will be signed during the forthcoming visit of Putin in May in China , it will be an indicator of bias power pole on the east, as well as a sign that Russia no longer needs the West . Crisis in Ukraine: the way out of the crisis. Arayik Sargsyan, Academician, President of the Academy of Geopolitics.
And who was not profitable to provide such a powerful economic space from Lisbon to Vladivostok. You can certainly guess that against the Union of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus with the EU has always made to the United States, England, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Israel, China and Kazakhstan. Yes that Kazakhstan, as a vassal of the British geopolitical "empire" has become the way of the connection of three East Slavic states with the EU (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBIAC0sT_cE).
. This means that the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEC) in a few years will be the most powerful organization of the Muslim world, with the participation of Russia and Belarus. This process will get rid Europe of its "age-old puzzle" - Turkey's admission to the EU and Russia will become a Muslim country East (including demographic growth of the Muslim population).
Decreasing each other in eastern Ukraine, Russian Orthodox Ukrainians, creating a wall of hatred and eternal enmity between Russia and Ukraine, pushing Russia into the arms of the Muslim East, with its further conversion of raw materials appendage of China. http://topwar.ru/51314-krizis-...izisa.html

Russian President Vladimir Putin uses the services of his double. Arayik Sargsyan,Consul of Macedonia in Armenia.
Not grateful this thing to write about these topics, but we will try, referring to the open sources in the media, to give his assessment of the question whether the service uses its counterpart, Russian President Vladimir Putin?
Usually after such statements and publications of the former (?) Special Assistant to the Director of the CIA, Herbert E. Meyer, a Jew by birth, was to follow the Russian Foreign Ministry a note or address the FSB to their American counterparts. But while we such notes and the statement did not stand out. In fairness it must be said that after one of my above mentioned publication, I got all the same letter from the FSB (No: 3406) to the effect that they were worried health and safety of the President of the Russian Federation. After all, Americans threaten Putin assassination since 2007. http://www.kommersant.ru/doc/835684.
Anyway, as the saying goes: "Booked - is forearmed!"
