Clay Aiken Rival Dies under Suspicious Circumstances Print E-mail
by Tom McGregor    Mon, May 12, 2014, 08:12 PM

The timing of Clay Aiken's Democrat Party political rival is causing some folks to ask questions. Aiken was in a tight run-off against Keith Crisco and while ballots were being counted, Crisco allegedly fell down in his home and died.

The Houston Chronicle reports that, "The entrepreneur who was locked in a too-close-to-call Democratic primary with former "American Idol" singer Clay Aiken died Monday, his family said. Keith Crisco, 71, died "after an accidental fall" at his home in Asheboro, about 65 miles west of Raleigh, according to a statement from his family."

Clay Aiken is seeking to become a political crusader for the gay rights movement and Keith Crisco stood in his way.

According to the Houston Chronicle, "Aiken was leading Crisco by fewer than 400 votes after the contest last Tuesday. If enough new votes turn up to make Crisco the winner, local Democrats will select a new nominee, state elections board spokesman Josh Lawson said. If not, Aiken will be the nominee, he said. The vote is expected to be certified Thursday."

Crisco self-financed his campaign against Aiken with $500,000.

There is ZERO proof of your accusation. Not one news report, not one police statement. Nothing. Nothing suspicious, and how sad it is that you're using an old man's death for your ugly attack?
