President Barack Obama, the Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces, believes that the best way for America to win wars is to deploy a battalion of 'Ghost Warriors." And he prefers that such ghosts (non-existent soldiers on payroll) hail from Afghanistan.
According to the Voice of Russia, "The US may lose its money by paying non-existent members of the Afghan National Police (ANP). The Military officials claim they will conduct a thorough audit to investigate the issue. The US provides its national security forces with some $1.2 billion in payroll funding. Some of this money may be paid to non-existent workers."
However, American Ghost Marines could be more effective for deployment than Zombie Marines, since they take up less space when they get transported.
As reported by the Voice of Russia, "Last month, John F. Sopko, Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction, wrote in his letter to three US commanders in Afghanistan that the US may be unwittingly paying "ghost workers" of the ANP."
Obama has already supported the rights of gays and lesbians to enlist in the US Army and now he's calling for ghosts to fight with valour when vanishing into midair.
