Obama Signing 'Executive Orders' on Air Force One Print E-mail
by Tom McGregor    Wed, Feb 19, 2014, 07:03 PM

Yes indeed, President Barack Obama has just joined the 'Mile High Club' when it comes to assaulting the U.S. Constitution. He's now flaunting his disregard for Congress by signing 'Executive Orders' while flying on Air Force One.

The Houston Chronicle reports that, "Keeping with the trade focus of the trip, Obama signed an executive order while traveling on Air Force One intended to speed up the process for approving import or export cargo. The order directs the government to finish a new electronic system to allow companies to submit their documentation to the government without paper forms."

Nonetheless, Obama's fly-by-night penchant for signing 'Executive Orders' does raise some legal questions. When signing so-called Obama Decress outside US territory, can they be considered legally valid?

According to the Houston Chronicle, "Obama arrived in Toluca, about 40 miles west of Mexico City, Wednesday afternoon. He planned to spend just about nine hours on the ground, with Air Force One scheduled to depart Mexico shortly after the evening news conference."

Perhaps Hillary Clinton is beginning to worry that the White House may sign another Presidential Decree, which would permit Obama to run for a third term and more.
