Russians seeking to purchase contract killers on the World Wide Web face new struggles as the Russian government has blocked access to 'rent-a-murderer' Websites.
St. Petersburg Times reports that, "Police in Russia have blocked access to a website that offered contract murder services to potential clients, a Russian senator said Friday."
The Website also offered services in which trained torturers can kidnap victims, take them to an isolated location and beat up victims but not enough to kill them.
According to the St. Petersburg Times, "The zakazat-killera.com (hire-killer.com) website offered, using opaque wording, services including “physical destruction,” or “taking someone to the forest for talks,” provided by criminal gang members, former athletes and soldiers."
Meanwhile, global 'Free Speech' activists are condemning the shut down of this Website on the grounds that Russian President Vladimir Putin is violating the human rights of would be assassins.
