BEIJING: Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych is contending with nationwide protests in his country after he refused to sign a deal with the European Union. And while millions of his citizens are calling for his ouster as President, he is visiting China for the time being.
According to China Radio International, "Chinese President Xi Jinping has held talks with his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych in Beijing."
Apparently, Xi Xinping and Viktor Yanukovych have been friends for a long time and they seek to re-affirm their solidarity with each other.
As reported by China Radio International, "The two leaders have agreed on a five-year plan to enhance the strategic partnership between China and Ukraine following their meeting.
