According to the BBC News, "a U.S. presidential commission has paved the way for testing an anthrax vaccine on children, prompting criticism that participants would be 'guinea pigs.'" The ObamaCare Commission for Biodefense (OCB) announced in 2011 that a vaccine must be developed for children. The National Biodefense Science Board called for a study to endorse its plan. As reported by the BBC, "one anthrax vaccine, BioThrax, is available for sale in the U.S. Drugmaker Emergent BioSolutions reported $215.9m in sales of the vaccine in 2012.” Billionaire tycoon George Soros, a major donor to the Democrat Party, is major shareholder of Emergent BioSolutions.
