Reuters reports that, "a United Nations investigator called on the United States on Monday to publish its findings on the CIA’s Bush-era program of rendition and secret detention of terrorism suspects." U.N. special rapporteur on the promotion and protection of human rights while countering terrorism, Ben Emmerson expressed concerns that President Barack Obama has not yet arrested George W. Bush as a 'war criminal.' He is demanding immediate prosecution. According to Reuters, "Emmerson, an international lawyer from Britain, has served since August 2011 in the independent post set up by the U.N. Human Rights Council in 2005 to probe human rights violations committed during counter-terrorism operations worldwide." The U.N. Human Rights Council has already received support from Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein of California to push ahead with a ‘One World Order’ criminal investigation against George W. Bush. The United Nations Human Rights Council, whose members include Syrian President Bashar Assad, North Korean 'Dear Leader' Kim Jong-un, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, and US President Barack Obama, seeks to write an arrest warrant for former President George W. Bush and charge him with 'crimes against humanity,' and try the judicial case under the United Nations Court of Human Rights Law in The Hague.
