US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has taken full responsibility for the death of the US envoy to Libya, Chris Stevens, in terrorists attack on the US consulate in Benghazi on September 11. This would infer that Mrs. Clinton never requested or perhaps rejected more security for US diplomats in the Middle East.
When Clinton campaigned against Obama in the Democrat Party presidential primaries in 2008, she touted an ad that asked, “who can you trust in a global crisis when a national security officer makes a 3 am phone call to the president?” Apparently, Clinton is now claiming she’s not the right person for that call.
Now, if Clinton really is telling the truth then this shatters any hope of Hillary getting elected President, since she has confessed to a serious lapse of national security judgment. She’s adding to the cover-up by failing to provide emails from the US Secretary of State’s office that were sent to the White House before the terrorist attack.
Accordingly, her political career appears to have gone to ruins unless she provides evidence that could pin the blame on Obama, not herself, for the lack of security at the US consulate in Benghazi. So let’s see what happens to the fallout of Clinton’s Benghazi Kamikaze.

Most people understand that when you are the boss of a department, you hold responsibility for the events and outcomes that occur within it. It's not a new concept. Harry Truman did it in his statement "The buck stops here." Of course Harry was in a better position than Hillary, because he didn't have a power hungry liar of a boss over him. She did the right thing. If it affects any political plan she might or might not have for the future, then I guess she will have paid a price for being an adult with integrity and character. Won't be the first time that's happened.
But, I'm guessing it's not something that would likely ever be an issue for you. adult... character ... integrity. Any of those words in your vocabulary?
I used to think I wanted to move to Texas, particularly Dallas. But my old grandpa who was a pretty wise dude changed my mind when he said, "Texas is populated by jack rabbits and dumb asses. Now if you don't like jack rabbits, you had better stay away from Texas, cause they are everywhere, all over the state. If you're ok with jack rabbits but just can't put up with dumb asses, you'll be ok to go anywhere in Texas, except Dallas. You have convinced me that the old man knew what he was talking about.
