Fortune Magazine Censors Obama Critics Print E-mail
by Tom McGregor    Tue, Oct 9, 2012, 07:19 PM
Addition Welch.jpgFortune Magazine has decided to trump detractors of President Barack Obama. The so-called business magazine believes that Republicans should not write for them.

Fox News reports that, “former General Electric (GE) CEO Jack Welch has resigned as a contributor to Fortune magazine, apparently angry over critical coverage of his suggestion last week that the Obama administration had manipulated the September employment report.”

Fortune announced that Mr. Welch believes he would ‘get better traction elsewhere,’ and would not be contributing to the magazine any longer.

According to Fox News, “on Friday, shortly after a surprisingly positive jobs report that saw the unemployment rate dip to 7.8% from 8.1%, Welch tweeted a message skeptical of the report’s veracity.”

The tweet read, “unbelievable jobs numbers … these Chicago guys will do anything … can’t debate so change numbers.”
