President Barack Obama fears that supporting climate change carbon-trading schemes could derail his re-election bid for the White House, since gas prices are soaring. So he’s deployed Democrats to feign support for more moderate views on environmentalism.
The Houston Chronicle reports that, “they are the missing pages of a convention story line, ideas and initiatives once prominently featured in President Barack Obama’s agenda.” Even former Vice President Al Gore, a global warming alarmist, has been noticeably absent from the Democratic National Convention.
