On July 26, the Dallas Blog posted its story on the Anaheim Riots and Russia Today just disclosed that the Department of Homeland Security ordered riot gear on the same exact day. Russia Today reports that, “the latest inquiry from the US Army was filed only a few weeks before another call for bids was published by the Department of Homeland Security.
