Eco-Terrorists are uniting to support President Barack Obama’s executive order to forbid the construction of the Trans-Canada pipeline flowing into Houston oil refineries.
According to the Houston Chronicle, “the Sierra Club released a new video touting Canada’s oil sands as ‘the dirtiest oil on Earth,’ part of its ‘Beyond Oil’ campaign. Without naming TransCanada’s disputed Keystone XL pipeline, the group takes aim at plans to build and expand pipelines to carry Canada’s crude to the Gulf Coast.” Former Texas EPA Czar, Al Armendariz, who is currently a full-time professor at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Tx., is a member of the Sierra Club. As reported by the Houston Chronicle, “they snagged Canadian actor Joshua Jackson, of 90’s teen drama Dawson’s Creek, to voice arguments that environmentalists have been lobbing against pipeline proposals, including concerns that the crude would be exported rather than supply U.S. needs.” Joshua explained the importance of exporting oil to foreign countries to reduce the United States surging trade deficits by saying that, “the truth is, these proposed pipelines won’t bring oil to America. They’d bring oil through America. Americans take on all the risks, while oil companies collect all the rewards.” To read the entire article from the Houston Chronicle, link here: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

written by OilMan , June 08, 2012 This Joshua Jackson fellow is a brilliant business strategist. Just ponder his genius for one brief moment. By exporting oil from Canada through Houston oil refineries, the U.S. can reduce its high trade deficits with foreign countries in Asia and elsewhere. Mr. Jackson should be hired as the official spokesman for the Port of Houston! Write comment
