The Houston Chronicle reports that, “NorthPark Center on Wednesday provided details on its new code of conduct, effective immediately. Spokesman Mark Annick says 26 million people visit NorthPark Center annually and the code is due to growth, but any ethnic or racial group.”

Teenagers age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian daily after 6 p.m. The only exceptions are for youths employed at shops or youngsters going directly to and then leaving the movies.

According to the Houston Chronicle, “unaccompanied youths must dress appropriately for a ‘family-oriented’ shopping center. Visible undergarments are not allowed. NorthPark describes itself as the largest shopping center in North Texas, with more than 235 stores and restaurants.”
