Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is preparing to run for President in 2016 and her key strategy is to “blame Obama” if President Barack Obama gets re-elected to the White House and his second term turns into a disaster.

According to Politico, “citing her role as the nation’s top diplomat, Hillary Clinton will not appear at the Charlotte, N.C. Democratic Convention, the Charlotte Observer reports.”

Mrs. Clinton claims that “she’s expected to stay above all things partisan” as the nation’s chief diplomat.

As reported by Politico, “her husband, former President Bill Clinton, will be at the DNC in Charlotte, his spokesman, Matt McKenna, confirmed Friday.

Hillary insists that federal statutes and the State Department ethical guidelines will prevent her from supporting Obama’s re-election bid.
