An environmental group based in Dallas, Tx. E-mailed the Dallas Blog calling for rolling electricity blackouts in the months of July-August from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. when energy usage in the Lone Star state reaches its peak.
Herve Brechoteau of Greenland Energy Dynamics poses the question, “how can Texas reduce the amount of electricity being consumed in July and August between noon and 7 p.m.?”
Greenland Energy Dynamics opposes wind power plants as a means of an alternative energy source by saying that, “it is also clear that Texas needs to stop wasting money on wind … it is clear the wind doesn’t blow in the middle of the summer in Texas when the state consumes an enormous amount of electricity.”
Apparently, Mr. Brechoteau never visited the Corpus Christi area on the Texas Gulf Coast where the wind blows frequently, especially during the summer months.

These communistic "environmentalists" all need to be permitted to go to another nation, perhaps Red China, to practice their misguided and evil brand of "wizardry".

What a bunch of "dips" in the EPA etc! Texas has developed because we developed energy sources available as well as affordable, then the nation votes in a Socialist who wants to put everyone back into the Dark Ages who doesn't agree with his radical policies! Now we have seen gasoline prices double & energy for power rise because "he promised" that was what he was running on. Lookk @ his SMU professor to further his policies & see what a radical he is & you will see wht Obama wanted from the start!
Remember this in November! Where are your comments now?
