For Sunday, the Rasmussen Reports Daily Presidential Tracking Poll reveals that 28 percent of the country's voters Strongly Approve of the method that Barack Oabama is performing his role as president. Forty-four percent (44%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -16. Rasmussen Reports that, "the Presidential Approval Index is calculated by subtracting the number who Strongly Disapprove from the number who Strongly Approve. It is updated daily at 9:30 a.m. Eastern. Updates are also available on Twitter and Facebook. Overall, 43 percent of voters believe they at least somewhat disapprove of the president's performance, while 57 percent disapprove. It is necessary to note that the Rasmussen Reports job approval ratings are based upon a sample of likely voters. Some other polling firms base their approval ratings on samples of all adults. President Obama's poll numbers are always several points higher in a poll of adults instead of likely voters. This would be because some of the president's most exuberant supporters, such as young adults, are not as likely to turn out to vote. It is also necessary to check the details of question wording when comparing approval ratings from different polling firms. According to Rasmussen Reports, "daily tracking results are collected via telephone surveys of 500 likely voters per night and reported on a three-day rolling average basis. The margin of sampling error - for the full sample of 1,500 Likely Voters - is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Results are also compiled on a full-week basis and crosstabs for full-week results ar available for Premium Memebers." written by Austin , June 21, 2010 "Indeed, although 1983 began for Reagan with a 35% job approval rating -- the worst of his administration -- things started to look better." http://tinyurl.com/m9p3oc After two years on the job Reagan had an approval rating of just 35%. So far Obama is ahead of that.

written by sean21123 , June 22, 2010 With a population of just 15 million, Czechoslovakia split into two nations: Czech Republic and Slovakia. So why can't 300 million split? The conservatives can take their half and Obama can take his half, which will immediately go on wellfare. One will become a world leader and super power again, and the other will sink to the level of third world nation. Guess which is which.
