| 16 Illegals Sue Rancher in Civil Rights Dispute |

The Washington Times reports that, “an Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.” Roger Barnett, 64, started rounding up illegal aliens in 1998 and handing them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he explained, after they destroyed his property, killed his cattle and broke into his house. Near Douglas, Az., his Cross Trail Ranch is recognized by federal and county law enforcement authorities as “the avenue of choice” for immigrants intending to arrive into the United States illegally. According to the Washington Times, “(the) trial continues Monday in the federal lawsuit, which seeks $32 million in actual and punitive damages for civil rights violations, the infliction of emotional distress and other crimes. Also named are Mr. Barnet’s wife, Barbara, his brother, Donald, and Larry Dever, sheriff in Cochise County, Az., where the Barnett’s live. The civil trial is expected to continue until Friday.” On March 7, 2004, Mr. Barnett approached a contingent of illegal immigrants in a dry wash on his 22,000-acre ranch, while he carried a gun alongside a large dog. The incident sparked a lawsuit. Lawyers for the immigrants – 11 men and five women who were attempting to cross illegally into the U.S. – have alleged that Mr. Barnett was holding the group captive threatening to sick his dog on them and claiming he would shoot anyone who made an effort to escape. written by Franklin Poe , May 24, 2010 These sorry devils who are not US citizens were mere trespassers on the land of this Defendant; and they were also law voilators : if BAHAMY the COMMIE and his COMMIE so-called "Attorney General" [Holder} do not enforce the law properly, and instead turn away from it and try to aid and abet these dirty, sorry illegals [who would never be able to mount "civil rights" suit if it were not managed for them and served up for them on a "silver platter"], then BAHAMY and his COMMIE side-kick [Holder] need to be impeached and removed from office. DEMS were the ones who "took out" after Nixon for failing to see that "the laws were faithfully executed".... so DEMS will have to admit that BAHAMY [and yes, even that sorry little rat, Holder] have the same duty. If they fail in that duty, they need to be impeached and removed from office.

written by furrpiece , May 24, 2010 Just a few months ago, Obama removed HUNDREDS of Border Patrol agents from the border between the U.S. and Mexico, and moved them to the Northern Border. Even Napolitano, the sexual pervert in charge of Homeland Security, said the move was a good one because the border with Mexico was in much better shape - which is, of course, a big fat lie. Something needs to be done about America's most incompetent President and his cabinet of weirdos. But, something also needs to be done to force the federal government to patrol and keep secure our border with Mexico. It may be time for the Minutemen again.

The Clintonistas did this more than once; and once, for example, they muddled up ATF and DEA and FBI functions for the real purpose of making it impossible for the federal government to hinder the drug trade. Even the sorry, ignorant thgs of the current communist BAHAMA administration know that the problems we face on our northern border are different from those we face on our southern border. The Obama crew has sent border agents from south to north to make it possible for illegals to come into the US via the southern route, and to make it harder for the federal agencies to do anything about it. This is purposive misbehavior by the current administration, intended to derange and disable the Border Patrol; and the administration [like good little communists] is trying to lie about it to fool the public [a commie "big lie" type cover up operation....].
