The owner of a 17th century manor house called the police after a British upper-class masked ball turned into an orgy.

According to the Daily Telegraph of London, "Halswell house in Somerset was hired for 9,000 (British pounds) by a group of 350 revellers who arrived in a fleet of Porsches, BMWs and Aston Martins."

Party attendees wee all wearing long cloaks and masks and the even proceeded as normal until midnight - when they disrobed down to leather pants, corsets and suspenders.

The guests then began kissing and a mass orgy ensued with couples engaging in sex everywhere.

Multi-millionaire estate agent Grahame Bond, the owner of Halswell House, felt the necessity to send some of his teenage staff home due to their explicit activities.

Afterwards, he called the police, but was informed that officers would not intervene since it was on a private dwelling between consenting adults.

It had later been determined that the party had been organized by a Dutch events company, which specializes in sexy 'adults-only' festivities.

Mr. Bond, 45, who purchased the property for 1.94 million (British pounds) in 2004, claimed the evening suddenly transformed into an orgy "as if a switch had flicked on."

The Telegraph quotes Mr. Bond as saying, "the party started normally and it all seemed pretty harmless - people were drinking but everyone was well-behaved and pleasant. The whole group were dressed in these great costumes ... But then one of the organizers announced: 'The moment has come. The spell has begun' and everyone began kissing and having sex ... That's when the penny dropped that it was a swingers' party. The guests were all public-school types and I jokingly said to one: 'I suppose you are a High court judge.' He replied, 'You're not far off the mark.'"

Mr. Bond was unaware that the events company, Little Sins, arranged swingers' parties in Great Britain. Perhaps, he should have Googled the company's name and logged on to its website. He would have swiftly concluded that an orgy was inevitable if he permitted them to host a party on his premises.
