n a rather bizarre twist of events, the Texas Supreme Court has moved the lawsuit between Sen. Kim Brimer and Wendy Davis over Davis's ballot eligibility to the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas. The move was made at the request of the Second Court of Appeals in File Attachments: 2nd Court of Appeals letter
