Congressional Quarterly's political blog reports that a recent John McCain speech sounded strangly like a Wikipedia article on the country of Georgia. Taegard Goddard writes that a Wikipedia editor emailed CQ's Political Wire to point out some similarities between McCain's speech on the crisis in Georgia and Wikipedia. She gives some examples which raise the question: Must low-level McCain speechwriters turn to Wikipedia for info? The McCain response is that any similarities are coincidental.
