Just when Texans thought it was safe to run a public school system, he's back. U.S. District Judge William Wayne Justice has entered an order demanding that the state redo its system of instruction for English Language Learners. We'll have more commentary on the ruling later in the day, but for the time being, we post a copy here.Let's see here. William Wayne Justice has tried his hand redoing public policy for the state's criminal justice system, education, redistricting, and Medicaid (and we're probably leaving something out). Maybe he should try his hand at setting the state's water policy? Or how about electric? Or maybe telecommunications?

written by maximus , July 30, 2008 Why go to all the trouble of electing representatives and governors when this self-appointed dictator can do it all? When did he become such an expert on education? I trust the state will appeal this absurd ruling and have the 5th Circuit overrule King William Wayne. This state and this nation are at grave risk every day this man is allowed to abuse the Constitution.
