Brimer appeals Davis ruling PDF Print E-mail
by Will Lutz    Thu, Jul 24, 2008, 02:46 PM

Sen. Kim Brimer (R-Fort Worth) is appealing Tarrant County District Judge Tom Lowe's ruling that Wendy Davis is, in fact, eligible to run for the state senate. "If she is eligible as determined by the appellate process and she repays the City of Fort Worth the $25,000 annual salary she has used (May 2007-January 2008) to fund her State Senate campaign we will debate," said Brimer's spokesman Jarod Cox.

"Mr. Brimer still doesn't get it," replied Davis campaign spokesman Matt Latham. "After his second failed attempt to deny the voters of Senate District 10 a voice in their choice for State Senator, he continues to hide behind his lawyers and refuses to face his opponent in a public debate on the issues important to the good people of District 10. It is this type of failed leadership which prompted Ms. Davis to run against him in the first place."

Here is an idea..how about Brimer actually run a campaign and tell us why he might be a better choice than Davis?

This nonsense is just proof he is the worthless waste of space that everyone believes him to be. He even got booed at the Rangers game. That is sad.
