The Sunset Advisory Commission staff is now placing written public comments in response to its recommendations on the Internet. This action increases significantly the value of written submissions to the sunset commission, as they are now posted to the web. The Texas Department of Insurnace sunset has several interesting comments on the staff report, both from the industry and from industry critics, including members of the Legislature. Several are worth reading, and we post a link below.
