The Houston Chronicle reports that, “Ben Hall, an attorney for one of the people who accused Miles of threatening him, said recently that the two counts stemmed from two incidents. In the first, Miles is accused of showing a pistol and threatening Texas Southern University regent Willard Jackson and his wife during a Houston Rockets game with the Dallas Mavericks at the The second count is connected to an incident later that night in which Miles, allegedly, displayed a pistol and forcible kissed another man’s wife while crashing a party at the St. Regis Hotel Ballroom.
