written by Dan Carswell , May 08, 2008 Interesting. Carter will holds talks between the rebels (sponsored by the CHICOM) and the real government of Nigeria; but only if the real government approves. Well, how does anyone [even a genius like Carter] hold bilateral "talks" if both of the parties to the talks do not agree to the talks? Equally interesting is the fact that Carter is not saying he will hold these "talks" if the rebels agree, which indicates that they have "agreed"; but how can they "agree" if their real sponsor has not "agreed"? All of which leads to the conclusion that Carter, known to have "shilled" for the CHICOM in the past, and also known to have been a recipient of their favor, is really proposing to "shill" for them again; but Carter is posing as a humble minister of peace. SHABBY : Jimmy is being shabby here. AND WHAT is the real agenda : to help the CHICOM grab more energy resources. Write comment
