BBC News reports that, “Mr. Travis says prisoners have no incentive to break out because of the comfy regime inside Steve revealed that he was shocked by how relaxed the open prison was compared to the Category-B jail where he started his sentence. He used to pay someone 20 British pounds to jump over the fence, go to the nearest village store, buy 24 cans of beer, and then bring them back so he could sell them for a phone card each.
