Mr. Fourniret, 66, is allegedly one of According to the International Herald Tribune, “Belgian police detained Fourniret in June, 2003, after his bungled kidnapping of a 13-year-old girl. The girl gave authorities his license plate after she managed to unbind her hands and escape from the back of Fourniret’s van. written by Old Red , March 27, 2008 So far I have restrained my "what does this have to do with Dallas" impulses but seeing stories like being posted makes it harder and harder all the time. Are we so lacking in local murder cases to cover that we have to go Belgium to find one?
