Vicente Fox Unloads on Bush in New Book PDF Print E-mail
by Tom Pauken    Wed, Sep 19, 2007, 12:06 PM

vicente fox.jpgPaul Bedard of U.S. News and World Report says that the new autobiography of former Mexican President Vicente Fox is not a book that President Bush may want to read. According to Bedard, “that’s because Fox raps his border pal as stubborn and ‘the cockiest guy I have ever met in my life’”.

Bedard mentions other criticisms of Bush by Fox in the book:

“He blames Bush's stubbornness on Iraq for bad international relations, calls his Spanish ‘grade-school level,’ and admits he didn't think Bush would ever become president. ‘I can't honestly say that I had ever seen George W. Bush getting to the White House,’ he pens.”

Dallas political PR whiz Rob Allyn collaborated with Vicente Fox in the writing of Fox’s autobiography. To read Bedard’s comments in Washington Whispers entitled “Some Friend, W’s Mexican Amigo”, link here.
