Plano West outfielder Kale Kiser and Waxahachie outfielder Boomer Collins have committed to Nebraska for the Class of 2008. Kiser was a key factor in Plano West's class 5A playoff run to the titanic regional final series eventually won bt talent-laden Georgetown (3 players committed to UT. Kiser, also a big target for Texas A&M and Kansas State, played for DBAT's elite 17U team which primarily competed against 18Us this summer.

Collins is a top football player/baseball player who opted to concentrate on baseball with the Huskers, who have a terrific new baseball complex and are after several other of Texas top players. Nebraska has won four of the  last six Big 12 titles.
