Dallas banker Max Wells is the last in our series of interviews for Mayor of Dallas. Wells is a former member of the Dallas City Council, former Chairman of the DFW Airport Board and a one-time member of the DART Board. He is also a one-time Chairman of the Texas Municipal League.
