Tom 'The Hammer' DeLayOnce up on a time there was an young state rep from Houston nick name of Hot Tub Tom.  It was a well earned moniker.  This is the same man who became known as the Hammer.  But those who live by the Hammer often die by the Hammer and Tom DeLay is surely a part of history.  Scott Bennett notes that is a good thing - and a bad thing.
