As most of the world knows there is a battle raging over national copyright laws.  Dallas' own Mark Cuban is in the middle of that controversy and says that things have gotten way out of hand.  In Sunday's Fort Worth Star Telegram Cuban provided a pretty thought provoking opinion piece on the subject.  It is here linked with the permission of Mark who owns the copyright:
