Texas Attorney General Gregg Abbott announced his  new Top Ten List of Texas’ Most Wanted Child Support Evaders.  All are fathers who have vanished owing at least $5000 in back payments for court ordered child support.  Abbott asked the public for their assistance in tracing the 10 men down.  The top 10 owe a combined $554,000 in past due child support.  Last year the Attorney General's office collected more than $1 billion in past due child support.

To make the 10 Most Wanted Child Support evaders the parent must owe a minimum of $5000 and have an warrant outstanding for their arrest.  A list with pictures of the top 10 may be found at www.oag.state.tx.us/oagNews/release.php?id=1291

Curtis Dutton owes $40,599 for one child in Denton.

Charles Silva owes $39,320 for two children in Carrollton.

Harry Bomnskie owes $35,556 for one child in Burnet.
Last known address: Houston

John Lowry owes $30,899 for three children in San Antonio.
Last known address: San Antonio

Kurt Lindner owes $27,109 for one child in Abilene.

Jeffery Waisath owes $25,171 for one child in Nederland.
